House believes his patient was wrongfully diagnosed by the E.R. and has a bigger problem than what was diagnosed. House questions the patient trying to diagnose his patient.

Stevie Lipa is admitted to the hospital for a severe respiratory condition and internal bleeding. Stevie is a sixteen year old boy. House takes on this case but learns that there are going to be complications due to a secret that comes out about Stevie. Meanwhile Dr. Julie Whitmer has taken over House’s parking spot and House decides he is going to put up a fight.
